Staff Assessment

Get it right from the GO. Having the right team for the right job is the best foot forward. However, this is not a simple task without periodic staff assessment on field experience and training's to enable managers reconcile needs and resources. Through assessments, we are able to identify training requirements to our staffs. This program involves all our staffs including receptionists to computer personnel. Staff are also encouraged to improve their skills.
